El Localito (local place) is a small restaurant 7000 ft up in the cool pines of Ruidoso, New Mexico. When we say small we mean small, only 280 sq feet. However, you would be amazed at the volume of business we do. People are waiting as the doors open at 8:00 am and the doors close when we run out of food; between 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Within that time we would have typically served 350-400 meals.
