Fixing drupal votingaction module.

In case you are using drupal's voting action module for drupal 5.x you must be having some trouble.i myself was using this module for newskicks and found that no action was working,my pages was not getting promoted to the front page,neither they are demoted from there.i was also having problem when i was trying to edit the actions.so i decided to go through the code. download the fixes from the attachment and if you like it then please link to http://newskicks.com Thanks, Team - Newskicks
